Fernando Feliu Bordoy

Fernando Feliu Bordoy has led the firm since its establishment in 2016. Throughout his career, he has developed solid expertise in real estate transactions, inheritance matters and taxation, advising companies, executives and private clients on highly complex legal issues.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Palma and has focused his professional work on comprehensive legal advisory, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a practical and strategic approach aimed at the effective resolution of disputes, both in judicial and out-of-court settings.

He provides his services in Spanish, English and German, with a particular focus on tax and fiscal advisory for companies and private clients with an international profile.

As co-head of the firm’s Tax and Fiscal Law Department, he leads the strategic planning and technical coordination of the firm’s most significant matters. He oversees the proper application of tax regulations in corporate transactions and in tax inspection or litigation proceedings, ensuring efficient and reliable solutions for each client. His extensive experience enables him to anticipate risks, design legal strategies tailored to both domestic and international contexts, and deliver comprehensive tax advisory services with a practical, results-oriented approach.
