Miguel Feliu Bordoy is a lawyer, founding partner and managing director of FELIU BELLAPART ABOGADOS SLP, a firm he has co-led since its establishment in 2016. With nearly 40 years of professional practice, he has built a broad and well-established track record in civil, commercial and litigation law, providing legal advice to companies, executives and private clients in highly complex legal matters.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Alcalá de Henares (1988) and, since then, has focused his career on comprehensive legal advisory, combining in-depth technical expertise with a strategic approach aimed at the effective resolution of disputes, both in court and out of court.
He has extensive experience in litigation, having acted in numerous proceedings before all jurisdictions — civil, criminal, administrative and labour — which has enabled him to develop a solid and cross-disciplinary practice in defending his clients’ interests before the courts.
He currently co-heads the firm’s Litigation Department, where he supervises and coordinates procedural strategy in the most significant matters, contributing his knowledge and experience to the planning and execution of complex disputes.
Throughout his career, Miguel has stood out for his analytical skills, professional rigor and commitment to excellence. His work is defined by a preventive approach, the pursuit of efficient solutions and personalized attention based on trust, ethics and confidentiality.
As managing director of the firm, he also leads the overall strategy of the practice and ensures the quality of the legal services delivered by the entire professional team
