Pedro Feliu Venturelli

Pedro Feliu Venturelli is vocational by nature. A former professional sailor and lawyer, he combines the experience gained in high-level competitive sport with legal practice, applying decision-making, risk analysis and teamwork from the nautical world to legal and business advisory and management. From the outset, he has successfully combined his passion for sailing with his dedication to law, building a solid career in both fields.

With more than 25 years of experience, he has specialised in matters related to real estate transactions, recreational and professional maritime law, corporate and insolvency law. His expertise in maritime and sports law has led him to achieve various international and national titles, as well as to take part in high-profile international projects, including serving as technical director of the Acciona 100% Ecopowered team in the Vendée Globe 2012 (the solo, non-stop, unassisted round-the-world race).

His academic background includes a Law degree from the University of the Balearic Islands (1999), as well as several postgraduate qualifications: Magister Legum (LL.M.) from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (2000), Master’s Degree in Insolvency Law and Business Restructuring (2015), Master’s Degree in Corporate Law (2016), and certification as a Civil and Commercial Mediator (2016). He is also fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English and German. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive litigation experience, having led all legal proceedings involving Calvià Town Hall (2007–2011).

He currently co-heads the firm’s Litigation Department, where he supervises and coordinates procedural strategy in the most significant matters, contributing his expertise to the planning and execution of complex disputes.
