Alejandro Bellapart Heine

He studied Law at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). From the early years of his degree, he had the opportunity to complete internships at his father’s firm, where he learned not only the legal foundations of the profession, but also the importance of commitment, professional ethics and close client relationships.

As soon as he completed his studies, his father passed away, and he was faced with the responsibility of taking over the family firm. Despite the personal hardship of that moment, it also marked the beginning of a period of professional growth that has now lasted for more than twenty years. During that time, he built a solid track record in real estate law and international investments, supporting foreign clients in complex transactions and in the comprehensive management of their projects.

Over time, and after many years of independent practice, he decided in 2016 to join forces with the Feliu firm. That collaboration gave rise to Feliu-Bellapart Abogados.

He speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and German fluently, which allows him to work directly with clients from different countries and cultures, ensuring clear and effective communication.
